INTO ETERNITY Drummer Offering Private Lessons
October 14, 2008Drummer Steve Bolognese of the Canadian extreme progressive metal innovators INTO ETERNITY will offer private lessons upon the completion of the band's current North American tour with ICED EARTH.
Bolognese studied under the legendary Mike Mangini and has been a guest instructor at the prestigious Berklee School of Music.
Commented Steve: "Beginning November 7, I will be accepting students interested in private drum lessons in the Boston area. Topics include, but are not limited to, rudimentary studies, basic timekeeping and counting exercises, double bass and hand speed exercises, contemporary styles, rhythmical concepts and much more. "The Incurable Tragedy", the fifth full-length album from INTO ETERNITY, sold 1,900 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
"The Incurable Tragedy" is the first INTO ETERNITY album to feature Justin Bender (guitar) and Steve Bolognese (drums),who came aboard shortly after the group finished Gigantour in 2006.
The group recently shot a video for the song "Time Immemorial" with acclaimed director Craig Bernard (THEORY OF A DEADMAN). Watch the clip below.
